Meet the team
Chloe
Physiotherapist by day, lead coach on our Bootcamp classes come the weekend, Chloe is a real people person whose approachable coaching style is recognised and appreciated by DeltaFox members. She is an all-rounder, demonstrating high standards in both physical capacity and strength.
When it comes to competition, Chloe is a determined athlete which has seen her accomplish much in the gym and the pool. You’ll find Chloe on Saturday mornings at Bootcamp, one of our most popular sessions of the week.
Eva
When not found coaching, Eva splits her time between Personal Training and concentrating on her own training. Eva is the gymnast of the group and brings both talent and knowledge to the subject. One thing for certain however is that she is no ‘one-trick pony’. Eva is also an accomplished weightlifter and all-rounder which has been proven with her recent performances in the CrossFit Games Open.

Apart from training and coaching Eva is a dog-lover and a chocolate connoisseur, proving that she is human and not just Little Miss Fitness. Her direct approach is backed up with a humorous and playful personality. Eva is the type of coach who wants you to achieve your goals.
H
H is another member of the team who divides her time coaching between the DeltaFox and 180 workouts. A former soldier having served within the Royal Artillery. What H brings to the fitness team is exactly what has served her well throughout her entire career. A hardworking, team mentality.
What is visible to see from H, is she’ll never ask any athlete to do something she isn’t willing to do herself. As an athlete H is a notorious engine, she simply doesn’t stop moving. Though tough and determined, H has a very approachable and friendly personality and will always be on hand to support and encourage.
Andy
When not coaching our early 6am classes, Andy spends his day as head of PE at a local high school. He brings experience to the coaching team and is highly respected by DeltaFox members. Preferring to actively coach rather than stand back and observe, Andy’s motivational approach is the reason our members regularly take on the WOD at the crack of dawn.
Andy is a big fan of strength cycles and heavy loads though he isn’t restricted to barbell workouts. He has competed many times in the sport, from in-house to national competitions, he has successfully stood on top of podiums and can also add accomplished tennis player and coach to his CV.
Nathan
Nathan divides his time between delivery of the DeltaFox and 180 Project’s programmes. His light-hearted approach is rooted in knowledge and passion which he applies very successfully to develop athletes.
Nathan is all about weightlifting. A student of Weightlifting 101 techniques, if Nathan isn’t coaching or training, he’ll be found researching. He is a perfectionist, focusing on attention to detail and technical improvement. Nathan is also experienced in the sport world. He regularly participates in local competitions and is the founder of Fortitude Scoring, a scoring platform used in major competitions.
Pete
When Pete isn’t coaching he’ll be found fighting crime and being an everyday working class hero. Pete brings a unique style and approach to his coaching through both his experience and likability.
Throughout his time amongst the broader CrossFit community, he assisted in the development of the Battle Cancer phenomenon which is now seen worldwide and has coached many athletes from remission to arena.

On a more day to day basis, Pete is an accomplished weightlifter and is a stickler for programming, his own personal training experience has seen him follow the guidance from some of the UK’s finest coaches including JST Compete’s, Ste Fawcett.
Pete also is a member of the sport development group of DeltaFox and his ideas and input help lay the foundation and design of our entire competition series.
